   RENTAL APPLICATION

   All residents 18 years or older must submit a rental application to management. Please print application and return to management office via e-mail or fax. You may also drop off at the main office (530 7th Street)

   LEASE CONTACT GUARANTY

   Applicants required to have a co-signer must have them complete this form. Please submit to the leasing office with current employment verification.

   ANIMAL ADDENDUM (RESIDENTS ONLY)

   All residents with pets must have a pet addendum for authorization.

4. 
   NOTICE TO VACATE ( RESIDENTS ONLY)

   Resident intending to move-out plus submit a written notice to vacate. Remember the move-out date must not be any sooner than 30 days from dated and not prior to the end of your lease agreement.

   Please contact the leasing office with any questions.

   Transfer Application (Current Residents Only)

   Please submit the following for transfer request:

   - Transfer Request Form

   - Rental Application (per person or per married couple)

   -$100 Transfer Fee

   - $30 application fee ($15 for any additional apps)

   -Agreed Security Deposit (contact lease office prior to submitting transfer request)
