WHAT IF I HAVE BAD CREDIT?
Each applicant's credit report will be individually reviewed. Your approval or denial is not soley based on your credit score. There may be an option to have a guarantor or pay an additional security deposit. All students are REQUIRED to have a guarantor. Please remember that the $30.00 application fee is non-refundable.
WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY?
PETS ARE WELCOME! All of our properties are pet friendly.... some properties are better suited for different pets so please contact the leasing office for authorized pets. There is a $250 deposit per pet which is eligible to be refunded to upon move-out. There is also a $250 pet fee per apartment that is non-refundable. All residents are required to pick up after their pets.
IS THERE AN APPLICATION THAT I CAN FILL OUT ONLINE?
Under "Documents" you will find a PDF application. Please remember there is a $30.00 non-refundable application fee per application that must be paid in order to start your application process. Paying the security deposit , which is $200.00 for any floor plan at any property, is required to take the apartment home off of the market and hold it for your move-in.
WHAT UTILITIES ARE THE RESIDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY?
At LaSalle Crossing, included with your rent is the water/trash utility and basic cable, which is provided through Time Warner Cable, only. The apartments are total electric, which is the residents responsibility.
At Travis Crossing, we provide the resident with their water/trash utility paid as well as Dish Network. The apartment is total electric, which is the residents responsibility.
At Austin School Lofts, we provide the resident with their water/ trash utility paid. The apartments are all electric: gas heat in selected units. The resident is responsible for the gas and electric utility.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ?
Our office is able to accept personal checks, money orders, and certified cashier's checks. We are not setup to take credit or debit cards as payments. You are able to set up with your bank to have a check automatically sent to the leasing office. We are NEVER able to accept cash as payment.
HOW LONG OF A LEASE TO I HAVE TO SIGN?
We generally offer a 6 or 12 month lease. In order to receive the move-in special, you are required to sign a 12 month lease agreement. If you need a different term, all leases are subject to management approval so just ask and we'll try our best to fit your needs.
