Our Heart, Our Passion is Historic Buildings that are found deep in the heart of Downtown Wichita Falls. Renovating, Renewing, Reviving is what we do! We offer unique layouts, in historic buildings, with a big city twang to them! Not only do we have the best apartment homes in town but we will greet you with a smile and outstanding local service!

R.C.Graham, Inc. is a privately owned property management group that specializes in the restoration of historical buildings. We are proudly leasing three downtown properties, Austin School Lofts, LaSalle Crossing, & Travis Crossing, all with full size washer/dryer connections.

All three communities have been awarded the Wichita County Heritage Society Preservation Award.

Each building comes equipped with history & character you won't possibly find anywhere else in the Wichita Falls area.

Austin School Lofts

Austin School Lofts was Wichita Falls' first school site, built in 1913 with two wings added in 1919 and 1920. R.C Graham, Inc. acquired the property in 2006 and, with their magic touch, turned them into the premier luxury apartment lofts in Wichita Falls.

Austin School Lofts won the Wichita County Heritage Society Preservation Award in 2009 and in November of 2010 won the Texas Downtown Association President's Award for the Best Adaptive Reuse.

Residents have been happily calling Austin School Lofts home since the final edition of the first floor, completed November 1st, 2009. This apartment community features a mixture of open lofts, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom units with exposed brick walls in selected units, large walk in closets, large windows, full size washer dryer connections and much more.

Pet Friendly property, large breeds approved, with some restrictions!

LaSalle Crossing

Originally the Studio Hotel, built in 1923 during the great oil boom of the 1920's, this Wichita Falls landmark located in the heart of the Depot Square Historic District was listed in the Department of Interior's National Register in 2004 as a Certified Rehabilitated Structure and was also the winner of the Wichita County Heritage Society's Phoenix Award in May 2000. LaSalle Crossing was transformed into 15 one-bedroom luxury apartment homes that come in 5 different floor plans. One of LaSalle Crossings most charming characteristics is the original caged elevator. Although there are stairs available, residents and guests enjoy stepping

bank in time onto one of Texas oldest elevators. LaSalle Crossing is conveniently located within walking distance to the Farmer's Market and the downtown entertainment district. Throughout the year downtown festivals, such as Cajun Fest, City of Lights Christmas, and St. Patricks Day Festival, are celebrating just blocks away. You'll love walking to fine dining and entertainment!

Travis Crossing

Travis Crossing, (built 1939) located at 907 Travis St., winner of the Wichita County Heritage Society's Preservation Award in 2003, is an 11 unit apartment community that almost goes unnoticed unless you're looking for it. This kind of privacy is the best perk for our Travis Crossing residents. The building, shaped much like the Alamo, offers one and two bedroom apartment homes that boast spacious floor plans and unique features such as industrial metal beams. Most of our residents who make the smart choice to call Travis Crossing their home, make the even smarter choice to stay as long as possible.
